Unusual Treatment
Here's some rather peculiar research.
This research group at Michigan State University discovered that stuffing the nose with a tampon made of cured pork could stop nose bleed.
Well... now I know what I could do with the left over Bak Kwa from Chinese New Year. :D

primers - short sequence of DNA that matches the beginning/end of the region on the template that you want to amplify
nucleotides - DNA is made up of a chain of nucleotides
polymerases - enzyme that links nucleotides together to make DNA
